Property Rules
- Maximum occupancy is 6 guests regardless of ages.
- The person reserving must stay at the property throughout the entire reservation. (You are liable for the rental).
- Renting for someone other than yourself is prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
- Only guest on the rental agreement are permitted on the property due to liability concerns. No exceptions! The host should be contacted immediately for any changes or additional requests.
- Any guests added after booking will result in an additional guest’s fee of $100 per person, per night of full reservation. (We strongly recommend adding potential guest at the time of booking to avoid additional fees and or reservation cancellation without refund.)
- If applicable at time of booking, security deposit can be forfeited if no additional guests rules are broken or damaged items and or property to cover amount of any damages.
- No parties/social gatherings or loud music.
- Any fines, and or tickets obtained due to violations as served by police officials will be the sole responsibility of the reserving guest.
- No smoking in home. Smoking permitted exterior only and all butts should be disposed of appropriately.
- Any suspected drug use, or other illegal activities, you and your guests will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund.
- Parking is in the front of the home or drive away in the rear of the home. No blocking neighbors drive ways.
- Due to carpet throughout please remove shoes upon entering.
- Enter and exit through designated areas.
- Towels should be left in the hamper upon check out.
- No food or dirty dishes and/or pots should be left out overnight. Dishes should be loaded in the dishwasher upon check out. All nonfood products including cooking grease thrown out not poured in the drain.
- Only toilet paper in the toilets, all other feminine and diaper products are to be thrown out in the garbage.
- All doors including patio should be closed and locked upon check out.
